In GUTTER, Walt (Shameik Moore) feels like he’s finally found a home when he lands at AlleyCatz, a bar and shoe outlet in his local bowling alley. When money problems threaten the AlleyCatz, former pro bowler and reigning champion drinker Skunk (D’Arcy Carden) pressures Walt to accept his role as the greatest bowler to ever walk this earth. While Walt’s big checks and in-your-face style of play dominate the pro tour, his adversaries, including ratings-obsessed news anchor Angelo Powers and freshly-retired bowling legend Linda “The Crusher” Curzon (Susan Sarandon), keep Walt’s flame burning bright. The former tries furiously to extinguish it.
